LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 18, 2007 — Daniel Bierbaum, son of Ronald & Carolyn Bierbaum of Augusta, MO, was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship by the KABA/Select Sires, Inc. board of directors.
This fall Daniel will be enrolled at the John Wood Community College as a freshman majoring in Agriculture Business Management. Daniel had a strong application, which includes involvement in the fourth generation family dairy and beef farm, working before and after school while taking Ag Co-op so he can work more on their farm. Daniel is a member of the FFA and shows market steers at the Washington Town & County fairs.
